For a better use of time⏱️ a combined work is proposed where we strengthen the external hip rotators and external shoulder rotators.
The band above the knee ensures the activation of the gluteus of the pelvitrochanteri as the main external rotators of the hip.
The dumbbell (in this case 3k) is used to stimulate the main stabilizers of the humeral head (infraspinatus, supraspinatus, teres) in their external rotation action.
